Long over due review of the POTTERIES m/c shop. Purchased bike on line, which is a first for me, so some what apprehensive, but on day of arrival was delighted with purchase. The condition of bike was exactly as described and the process couldn't of been easier or more straightforward. The staff were really helpful and kept me updated by phone and email throughout the process, which was less than a week from selecting the bike to being delivered. I opted for the bike to be delivered and for part exchange to be picked up, the courier who is used by the shop, Simon "The motorbike mover" was brilliant. Any thoughts of the bike being damaged in transit were dismissed very quickly as I watched the bike being unloaded and was given a comprehensive overview of the machine. So if you are a perspective customer and considering carrying out the whole purchasing process on line, but are a little apprehensive, well from my experience I only have positive feedback to give and would strongly recommend using the business and delivery option if needed.
