Dealt mainly with Craig, the Dealer Manager and found him and all the staff very helpful and accomodating, particularly the Lead Technician Andy, who was very patient in adding my accessories to my new bike. Craig gave me a very fair price on my part exchange and a keen buying price for my new ZZR1400PS. No grey areas or empty promises, just a straightforward honest deal with good old fashioned customer service. On my experience I would recommend wholeheartedly and it's a refreshing change to have no insulting p/x offers or smoke and mirrors I've experienced elsewhere. Very impressive showrooms and bike stock too.

Absolutely brilliant place, had a great experience, I walked in looking for my first 125,I am 47 by the way, I was introduced to Arran who asked me questions to taylor fit my needs, I was shown various bikes and was encouraged to sit on and get a feel,Arran took a photo so that I could see the fit from the side which was helpful, I was conscious that I am an older chap looking for a 125 and didn't want to look a 'bit too young'
A bike was chosen and the deal was done,,
I was pleased that I was given good, relevant advice and didnt feel pressured or forced into 'just anything'
I came away feeling valued as a customer
Big thanks to Arran Bell, a real asset to the company
Kind regards
Martin

Really pleased with the service from these guys. Arran looked after me in the purchase of a fairly unique bike, nothing was too much trouble. I would buy from then again.

Yes a fantastic experience from The Potteries i bought a scooter from them last year which i still love, Rowan described it perfectly, the same as the Honda CB650F as i've just bought from them last week. Arran and the boy's are fantastic honest guy's they live in the real world not just sales persons but tell you the truth . Potteries bikes are 100% trusthworthy and very nice guy's i like many others live in London and i did the trip twice over 2 years and i'd buy again and again well done and many thanks for all your hard work all the best, Anyone looking for a bike go to Potteries it's worth the journey cheers

Great motorcycle showroom with some very tidy bikes. Open Sunday too ???? . Could do with a Cafe, to encourage riders to make a detour on a ride out.

Purchased my 1200 nightster from these guys a few weeks back, couldn't be happier with the service they provided, Aaron was spot on with his description of the bike and details he gave me. Would use these guys again if i wanted another.

Staff were extremely helpful and understanding, as I'm young and still going through the a2 licence. Normally staff just ignore you but here they took the time to make sure I was informed on the bikes and even let me sit on a couple (where at other places I've just been told no) highly recommended for bikes of all experience levels. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work.

Huge thank you to The Potteries Motorcycles & Scooters for their amazing customer and bike service!
I brought my Ninja 650 from you guys last month. Everyone was super friendly and really helped in the process of buying a bike. Craig was fantastic and let me sit and get used to the bike I was potentially going to buy from them. He was very helpful and friendly. I asked many questions and always got taken seriously. Arran really helped me understand everything when buying the bike and was extremely patient with me when I asked all my questions (thank you)!
Today, I have just popped into get my bikes 600 miles service. The service team were friendly and again dealt with all my questions (thank you to Danny and Andy). Thank you to the team for doing an amazing job with my extra fittings as well.
Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough if you are looking to buy a bike or book in for a service or any fittings that you might need doing please give them a call!
It’s also very welcoming and the staff always speak to you when you arrive!
Thank you again to everyone.

Never been to the Potteries but the new KTM 1290 GT was a great price and the over the phone trade in price on my GIxxer 1000 was better than anywhere else.
The whole process went like clockwork thanks to the salesman Rowan and delivery driver Simon who was sat outside my house this morning at 9am ( Cumbria).
The guy in servicing who’s name I can’t remember and the lady on reception were also extremely helpful. Nothing too much trouble, highly recommended.
