where do I start, from beginning to end my experience with this company was amazing. Both Arran & Andrew were so helpful and helped me through every step of my purchase as I have no experience with bikes and this was a surprise for my husband.
Nothing was too much and I cant thank them both enough. we will definitely be back if we purchase any further bikes.
once again thank you.!!!

Yes a fantastic experience from The Potteries i bought a scooter from them last year which i still love, Rowan described it perfectly, the same as the Honda CB650F as i've just bought from them last week. Arran and the boy's are fantastic honest guy's they live in the real world not just sales persons but tell you the truth . Potteries bikes are 100% trusthworthy and very nice guy's i like many others live in London and i did the trip twice over 2 years and i'd buy again and again well done and many thanks for all your hard work all the best, Anyone looking for a bike go to Potteries it's worth the journey cheers

Lovely staff there. Just purchased my first ride from them today and can't wait to be a future customer with them in the future. Cannot fault them in any shape or form

Dealt mainly with Craig, the Dealer Manager and found him and all the staff very helpful and accomodating, particularly the Lead Technician Andy, who was very patient in adding my accessories to my new bike. Craig gave me a very fair price on my part exchange and a keen buying price for my new ZZR1400PS. No grey areas or empty promises, just a straightforward honest deal with good old fashioned customer service. On my experience I would recommend wholeheartedly and it's a refreshing change to have no insulting p/x offers or smoke and mirrors I've experienced elsewhere. Very impressive showrooms and bike stock too.

I travelled from south of Birmingham to visit this shop, and it was worth the trip.
Great guys, very knowledgeable, really friendly, one of the nicest bike shops I have been to in some time.
Thanks for the coffee and chat.
Superb range of mint low mileage bikes, and a few rare ones too.
Will definately be back, and wouldn't hesitate buying from these guys.

We're just picked up our triumph trophy from here. We dealt with Arran. Great chap. Very honest from the outset. He sent us a video as we dont live locally. Everything was exactly as promised. Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Cheers Keith

I had a fantastic buying experience with potteries motorcycles. Rowan was outstanding in delivering every aspect of the purchase, which was the best experience of a motorcycle shop I have ever had. It was easy and straightforward. The bike is amazing. The service exemplary and the price reasonable. I shall be a loyal customer in the future. Well done to the team..
All the negative reviews are from haters. Potteries motorcycles is an outstanding experience on a par with the best.
Stoke-on-Trents finest business.

I recently visited The Potteries Motorcycles to view a Triumph Thunderbird that I was interested in. The 2 hour journey there was well worth it as the bike was exactly what I wanted and the service superb. To my delight the shop had a wide range of bikes, all of which were in very good to excellent condition. It was great to sit on other heavy and middleweight bikes, if funds (wife) had allowed I would have left the shop with two bikes. The Thunderbird is running great and I have no hesitation in recommending The Potteries Motorcycles for good value and service and would happily purchase another bike from them.

My KTM went to Potteries Motorcycles for some warranty work. Andy and Danny in the service department were superb, despite being swamped with work due to the pandemic, they got my bike sorted and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended

Purchased a new Kawasaki Z900 rs from Arran , ( who was recommended to us by a friend ) absolutely brilliant service, went without a hitch , Bike is superb and both Arran ,and the service team that prepped the bike and swapped the seat to a lowered version were so helpful. Already booked in the first service with the team. Can highly recommend the entire experience. Well done and thankyou !

Fantastic store and service from start to finish. I bought a new KTM Duke 125 a couple of weeks ago. I went with Potteries Motorcycles as they had the Dukes at a discounted price and offered a really generous part ex price for my old bike. Staff are really helpful, friendly and professional. On the day of swapping the bikes over my insurance company were a nightmare (Hastings Direct!) I was on hold for at least an hour only to then be told that they couldn't make the alterations to the policy, despite speaking to them a few days before, as their underwriters wouldn't insure me on the Duke due to only being on a CBT despite it being a learner legal bike. This obviously could have been a bit of a problem at half two on a Saturday afternoon but they let me jump onto one of the staff's desk top computer so I was able to get onto Moneysupermarket and hey presto, 5 mins later was insured and away. The KTM is great, no regrets, I would defo use again & recommend Potteries MC & S to anybody.

After been messed around at a different dealership, we found the bike my son wanted here. I cant fault the helpfulness and customer service, and Charlene made it an extremely smooth and easy process. Would definitely recommend!

I live in Northern Ireland and making a distance purchase can be a nervous experience.
Having spotted the bike I was interested in I exchanged emails with Arran Bell, after receiving a couple of video's and torturing Arran with additional questions and requests I purchased the Motorcycle,
he was also able to arrange for the bike to be delivered to my door.
The bike was exactly as described and actually better than expected when seeing it in the flesh.
After a quick shakedown run I am confident with the purchase I made and delighted with the experience and service provided.
I would have no hesitation recommending The Potteries and Arran for your next motorcycle purchase
