I recently visited The Potteries Motorcycles to view a Triumph Thunderbird that I was interested in. The 2 hour journey there was well worth it as the bike was exactly what I wanted and the service superb. To my delight the shop had a wide range of bikes, all of which were in very good to excellent condition. It was great to sit on other heavy and middleweight bikes, if funds (wife) had allowed I would have left the shop with two bikes. The Thunderbird is running great and I have no hesitation in recommending The Potteries Motorcycles for good value and service and would happily purchase another bike from them.

Absolutely brilliant place, had a great experience, I walked in looking for my first 125,I am 47 by the way, I was introduced to Arran who asked me questions to taylor fit my needs, I was shown various bikes and was encouraged to sit on and get a feel,Arran took a photo so that I could see the fit from the side which was helpful, I was conscious that I am an older chap looking for a 125 and didn't want to look a 'bit too young'
A bike was chosen and the deal was done,,
I was pleased that I was given good, relevant advice and didnt feel pressured or forced into 'just anything'
I came away feeling valued as a customer
Big thanks to Arran Bell, a real asset to the company
Kind regards
Martin

Fantastic store and service from start to finish. I bought a new KTM Duke 125 a couple of weeks ago. I went with Potteries Motorcycles as they had the Dukes at a discounted price and offered a really generous part ex price for my old bike. Staff are really helpful, friendly and professional. On the day of swapping the bikes over my insurance company were a nightmare (Hastings Direct!) I was on hold for at least an hour only to then be told that they couldn't make the alterations to the policy, despite speaking to them a few days before, as their underwriters wouldn't insure me on the Duke due to only being on a CBT despite it being a learner legal bike. This obviously could have been a bit of a problem at half two on a Saturday afternoon but they let me jump onto one of the staff's desk top computer so I was able to get onto Moneysupermarket and hey presto, 5 mins later was insured and away. The KTM is great, no regrets, I would defo use again & recommend Potteries MC & S to anybody.

I recently purchased a KTM 1090 Adventure R from Arran. From start to finish i was made to feel welcome and valued by Arran. He was easy to deal with, punctual in getting back to me and very professional throughout the process. I was very relaxed and didn't feel pressured into buying as I have felt at other dealerships in the past. Can't recommend enough!

Earlier this year I purchased a new Superduke GT from The Potteries Motorcycles.
The the whole process from purchase to delivery was excellent, and they offered the best price in the UK..
I experienced a couple of issues with my bike that needed attention and was really pleased with the level of service that this dealership was prepared to go to rectify my issues.
I genuinely cannot fault the service I have received from The Potteries Motorcycles, it is exceptional.
I have no hesitation in recommending them....

Purchased an as new Yamaha R1 from these guys, August 2019. Bike was purchased over the phone. When I collected it, I was very impressed with the large, professional shop. All the staff I met were helpful and professional and the bike was immaculate, as advertised. Easy to recommend these people!

After wanting a KTM dealer in Stoke for some time now it's very satisfying to deal with the Potteries Motorcycles and Scooters. Having owned several KTMs and having to go further than I'd like before hand for servicing and sales it's nice to have my bike well looked after when in the workshop and purchasing parts and accessories is a please. The sales stafg are super friendly and helpful and have a no pressure environment. 5 stars well deserved.

Had a nice visit this morning, we were brutally honest that we were killing time on the way from Liverpool to meet my brother. We looked at the new Enfield Interceptor and in spite of saying that we were likely to buy one from our local dealer in St. Helens the staff were really chatty, warm and informative! It's a beautiful spacious showroom with an impressive range of bikes, I only wish that we lived nearer!

Bought a KTM 790 Adventure recently and just had some accessories fitted. Really great service from Rowan in sales and from the staff in service, who did a top job of fitting the new parts. It's reassuring when you turn up for a booking and they already know who you are and why you're there! I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a KTM or Kawasaki.
