I live in Northern Ireland and making a distance purchase can be a nervous experience.
Having spotted the bike I was interested in I exchanged emails with Arran Bell, after receiving a couple of video's and torturing Arran with additional questions and requests I purchased the Motorcycle,
he was also able to arrange for the bike to be delivered to my door.
The bike was exactly as described and actually better than expected when seeing it in the flesh.
After a quick shakedown run I am confident with the purchase I made and delighted with the experience and service provided.
I would have no hesitation recommending The Potteries and Arran for your next motorcycle purchase

After wanting a KTM dealer in Stoke for some time now it's very satisfying to deal with the Potteries Motorcycles and Scooters. Having owned several KTMs and having to go further than I'd like before hand for servicing and sales it's nice to have my bike well looked after when in the workshop and purchasing parts and accessories is a please. The sales stafg are super friendly and helpful and have a no pressure environment. 5 stars well deserved.

I recently visited The Potteries Motorcycles to view a Triumph Thunderbird that I was interested in. The 2 hour journey there was well worth it as the bike was exactly what I wanted and the service superb. To my delight the shop had a wide range of bikes, all of which were in very good to excellent condition. It was great to sit on other heavy and middleweight bikes, if funds (wife) had allowed I would have left the shop with two bikes. The Thunderbird is running great and I have no hesitation in recommending The Potteries Motorcycles for good value and service and would happily purchase another bike from them.

Superb i went there today to purchase a new ktm smc 690 r ronnie, arran and craig made it so easy and fast to completion and the showroom was one of the best I've ever seen in over 30 years of buying bikes

Bought a KTM 790 Adventure recently and just had some accessories fitted. Really great service from Rowan in sales and from the staff in service, who did a top job of fitting the new parts. It's reassuring when you turn up for a booking and they already know who you are and why you're there! I'd definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a KTM or Kawasaki.

Went for the Indian launch. Wasn't too busy and the staff were friendly. One of groups battery had died on the way in. Asked if they'd put it in charge. They did and didn't charge for it either. Would definitely go back

Just bought a bike from this shop, and I can say I would highly recommend them. Everything from phoning about a bike to having it delivered, was very quick and highly professional. An absolute pleasure to do business with

I brought my bike from Rowan he was very helpful from the beginning on helping me choose the right bike for me.
I chose a ninja 650 at first and Rowan told me to have a test ride first as he thought by what I was looking for it would not tick all my boxes he was right I finally brought a z900 absolutely the right choice for me.
Went to pick it up on the Friday,so I changed the insurance around cut a long story short,Which I must stress was not potteries motorcycle ‘s fault (finance) company’s, did not pick it up so Rowan told me to leave my bike there I did the next he rang me and told me everything was sorted so he came in his own car to pick me up which he didn’t have to do.
Thanks Rowan
Would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new you will not be disappointed

Fantastic store and service from start to finish. I bought a new KTM Duke 125 a couple of weeks ago. I went with Potteries Motorcycles as they had the Dukes at a discounted price and offered a really generous part ex price for my old bike. I dealt with Arran when buying my new bike who was really helpful, friendly and professional. On the day of swapping the bikes over my insurance company were a nightmare (Hastings Direct!) I was on hold for at least an hour only to then be told that they couldn't make the alterations to the policy, despite speaking to them a few days before, as their underwriters wouldn't insure me on the Duke due to only being on a CBT despite it being a learner legal bike. This obviously potentially could have been a bit of a problem at half two on a Saturday afternoon but Arran was a star and let me jump on his desk top computer so I was able to get onto Moneysupermarket and hey presto, 5 minutes later was insured and away.
The KTM is great, no regrets, would definitely use Potteries MC & S again without a shadow of a doubt and would happily recommend them to anybody.
