Had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron Bell at the Potteries when enquiring about a bike, Videos of the bike and all information/questions answered over a few phone calls due to distance I was away, he was happy to help and also assist plan my collection date.
At arrival was given a good demo of various functions on the bike by Aaron and he even helped load and secure it in my van.
I did have one small issue with the bike once home and this was very quickly rectified by Aaron and The Potteries team once making them aware, first class service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike in the future.

Went for the Indian launch. Wasn't too busy and the staff were friendly. One of groups battery had died on the way in. Asked if they'd put it in charge. They did and didn't charge for it either. Would definitely go back

Fantastic store and service from start to finish. I bought a new KTM Duke 125 a couple of weeks ago. I went with Potteries Motorcycles as they had the Dukes at a discounted price and offered a really generous part ex price for my old bike. I dealt with Arran when buying my new bike who was really helpful, friendly and professional. On the day of swapping the bikes over my insurance company were a nightmare (Hastings Direct!) I was on hold for at least an hour only to then be told that they couldn't make the alterations to the policy, despite speaking to them a few days before, as their underwriters wouldn't insure me on the Duke due to only being on a CBT despite it being a learner legal bike. This obviously potentially could have been a bit of a problem at half two on a Saturday afternoon but Arran was a star and let me jump on his desk top computer so I was able to get onto Moneysupermarket and hey presto, 5 minutes later was insured and away.
The KTM is great, no regrets, would definitely use Potteries MC & S again without a shadow of a doubt and would happily recommend them to anybody.

Huge thank you to The Potteries Motorcycles & Scooters for their amazing customer and bike service!
I brought my Ninja 650 from you guys last month. Everyone was super friendly and really helped in the process of buying a bike. Craig was fantastic and let me sit and get used to the bike I was potentially going to buy from them. He was very helpful and friendly. I asked many questions and always got taken seriously. Arran really helped me understand everything when buying the bike and was extremely patient with me when I asked all my questions (thank you)!
Today, I have just popped into get my bikes 600 miles service. The service team were friendly and again dealt with all my questions (thank you to Danny and Andy). Thank you to the team for doing an amazing job with my extra fittings as well.
Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough if you are looking to buy a bike or book in for a service or any fittings that you might need doing please give them a call!
It’s also very welcoming and the staff always speak to you when you arrive!
Thank you again to everyone.

I recently visited The Potteries Motorcycles to view a Triumph Thunderbird that I was interested in. The 2 hour journey there was well worth it as the bike was exactly what I wanted and the service superb. To my delight the shop had a wide range of bikes, all of which were in very good to excellent condition. It was great to sit on other heavy and middleweight bikes, if funds (wife) had allowed I would have left the shop with two bikes. The Thunderbird is running great and I have no hesitation in recommending The Potteries Motorcycles for good value and service and would happily purchase another bike from them.

Purchased a new Kawasaki Z900 rs from Arran , ( who was recommended to us by a friend ) absolutely brilliant service, went without a hitch , Bike is superb and both Arran ,and the service team that prepped the bike and swapped the seat to a lowered version were so helpful. Already booked in the first service with the team. Can highly recommend the entire experience. Well done and thankyou !

I had a fantastic buying experience with potteries motorcycles. Rowan was outstanding in delivering every aspect of the purchase, which was the best experience of a motorcycle shop I have ever had. It was easy and straightforward. The bike is amazing. The service exemplary and the price reasonable. I shall be a loyal customer in the future. Well done to the team..
All the negative reviews are from haters. Potteries motorcycles is an outstanding experience on a par with the best.
Stoke-on-Trents finest business.

Very friendly and the salesman I dealt with, Arran, was knowledgeable especially about the Triumph I went to view. He'd owned two Tiger models so could genuinely tell me the pros and cons. Well set out and modern surroundings.
